All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty either expressed or implied. Payment can be made by Cash, Check, or Visa or Master Card. Credit Card will show a charge from "R Craig Damewood Auctioneer". There is 3% convenience fee that is waived for all Cash or Check Payments. Payment due in-full the night of the event, or from 9AM-Noon, Saturday, May 7th at the Hillsboro Charter Academy in Hillsboro, VA. No sales tax charged in this auction.  New Bidders: Your credit card used at registration will be checked to make sure it is valid, and you will have a 1$ Pending Charge on your statement from R. Craig Damewood, Auctioneer that will drop off after several days. We do not keep this money.
