Affected Users - those using iOS 14.2 on a mobile device (iPhone or iPad). Unaffected Users - those using a desktop or a laptop; those using an Android mobile device; those using an Apple mobile device that has not updated to iOS 14.2. We have identified an audio issue affecting users who have iOS version 14.2 installed on their mobile devices (iPhone or iPad). When an auction is broadcasting, users of devices running iOS 14.2 will hear audio that is clipping, making it very difficult or impossible to understand. Users affected will see a message in the video area informing them of the problem and directing them toward unaffected devices. This audio clipping is occurring due to a bug introduced by Apple in iOS 14.2. Apple has confirmed that this is a valid issue that was introduced in their iOS 14.2 release, and that it affects all WebRTC based applications, including BidWrangler broadcasts. The issue has been resolved in the upcoming iOS 14.3 Beta 2, to be released in December 2020. As we await the Apple release, we recommend that users who are affected by the audio issue use a desktop computer, or a mobile device not running iOS 14.2. How to check the iOS version on your iPhone or iPad: Go to your device ‘Settings' Scroll down to ‘General' Select 'About' and look next to 'Software Version' for your current version
