Pick-up hours: Wednesday, May 13 from 9AM-4PM - The Loudoun County Fairgrounds Buyers must provide their own labor, equipment, straps, chains, and pallets for removal. . The Auctioneer and Seller are not obligated to assist with manual loading or removal. Buyers assume all responsibility for any damage to property during removal. No item may be removed from the auction site until paid for in full. Wire Transfers: Buyers paying by wire transfer must initiate the transfer by 12:00 PM on the day following the auction. Credit Cards: By paying with a credit card, Buyers affirm and agree that they will not initiate a chargeback. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse credit card payments for titled vehicles or invoices exceeding $2,500. The Auctioneer may require proof of funds for check payments or require wire transfer for transactions of $5,000 or more. Vehicle titles may be held until cash or wire payments have fully cleared. The credit card used at registration will be pre-authorized for $19 (shown as a pending charge from Damewood Auctioneers). This is not a charge and will automatically drop off after the auction.
