Preview In Person preview on Sunday, December 14th, 2025 from 3PM-5PM  Removal & Payment Pay and Pick Up at The Loudoun County Fairgrounds 17558 Dry Mill Rd, Leesburg VA on Tuesday, December 16th, 2025 from 10AM-5PM. All items must be picked up by 5PM Tuesday. *Firearms will be picked up at Bullets & Beans 62 E Colonial Hwy, Hamilton, VA 20158 after they are paid for at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds. A paid invoice must be presented at Bullets & Beans in order to pick up your firearm.* Any outstanding balances at this time will have the credit card used at registration charged in-full. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse credit card payments on items with a DMV Title, and Auctioneer may require Buyer present proof of funds or perform a wire transfer on transactions $5,000 or greater. AUCTIONEER AND SELLER ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO ASSIST BUYERS IN MOVING THEIR PURCHASES BY HAND. Buyers assume all responsibility to any damage made to the property during removal. Per Virginia Law, all modern firearms manufactured after 1898 must go through an FFL transfer and background check before buyer may take possession.  All firearms are transferred and picked up through Bullets and Beans in Hamilton, VA. Their auction transfer fee is $35 per firearm.
