Pay and Pick Up on Friday May 23, 2025 until 5PM - If you purchase a firearm and wish to pay for it with cash or check it must be paid for by 5PM on Friday May 23rd. Firearms will be picked up at Bullets & Beans, but will be paid for at The Loudoun County Fairgrounds - 17558 Dry Mill Rd, Leesburg VA. Firearms can be picked up May 23, 24, 27 During store hours. Store will be closed May 28 - June 2nd! Per Virginia Law, all modern firearms manufactured after 1898 must go through an FFL transfer and background check before buyer may take possession. All firearms are transferred and picked up through Bullets and Beans in Hamilton, VA. Their auction transfer fee has increased to $35 per firearm. All required modern firearms need to be picked up here.
