Removal & Payment Pay and Pick-Up at Longford Farm, Inc. 14703 Clover Hill Road, Waterford, VA 20197. Pick-up on Auction Day until 5PM, and Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 8AM to Noon. Payment due in full by the close of business the day following the auction. Wire transfers must be initiated on Auction Day by 5PM.​​ Payment can be made through your emailed invoice via credit card, and on-site buyers must pay on the day of the auction before leaving. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse credit card payments on items with a DMV Title, and Auctioneer may require Buyer present proof of funds or perform a wire transfer on transactions $5,000 or greater. Buyers must bring their own help, straps, chains or pallets to remove their purchases. AUCTIONEER AND SELLER ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO ASSIST BUYERS IN MOVING THEIR PURCHASES BY HAND.
